Pride in Southwark 2026 event – 27/06/26 Mint Street Park
Southwark Pensioners Centre and Southwark Pensioners’ Action Group were grateful to be given a community stall at the Pride in Southwark 2026. It gave a chance for SPC, not only to promote the charity, but also to show our support for the event and its ethos of equality, diversity and inclusion. There was a march into Mint Street Park, health awareness stalls and musical stage acts. Our attendance aligns with our broader objectives at SPC of reaching out to under-resourced and under-represented communities in Southwark. Please look out for our future posts about events which will involve the LGBTQIA+, Latin-American communities and BAME elders.
