Every Wednesday from 10am to 11am at SPC and online. Practise Chi Kung to improve balance, build strength and reduce stress. Chi Kung combines deep breathing with gentle movements. It’s a low-impact form of exercise that won’t put much pressure on your bones or joints and most people are able to do it. £3 for members, £4 for non-members.
